Advanced Worldbuilding - Science and Culture

Transhumanism, Cybernetics, and Furry Ergonomics

There are moments at a con where things are stressful and times after the con where PCD(Post Con Depression) kicks in hard. I want to shed light on how we can take care of ourselves mentally at a con and how to take care of ourselves mentally after a con. I wand this to be a space were we can share some of our experiences and tips to help those who just need some tools to help them be mindful of themselves and to take care of themselves. This will be a space for all to find a moment of calm among the sea of stress and anxiety.
